
Over 30 years experience designing programmes for frontline managers and staff across topics of workplace equality, adolescent mental health, youth offending and substance misuse. This work involves clients from the public sector, corporate and private 1-1 consultations.
My experience includes research studies at Cambridge University, lecturing and teaching at University of London and as part of Rutgers University Criminal Justice Programme evaluating parental substance misuse and implementing programmes for mental disordered offenders involved in gang crime.
